This delightfully cozy home on the Bay is a vacation home for a multi-generational family.   It was remodeled to create an open plan with a large Great Room that embraces the views. Its patio pleasures include a horizon-edge pool.  Each of the guest bedrooms is like a mini-suite, and several lounging areas are situated throughout the house.  This remodel gave new joy and life to this 5500 sq. ft. home, bringing it into the 21stCentury with lots of daylight, energy conserving strategies and modern amenities.   City and Coastal Commission approvals required.
