| Unique
is a word that best describes itself. But its pure definition also
applies to Brion Jeannette Architecture of Newport Beach–
recognized nationally and internationally as true artisans in the
designs of stunning and environmentally embracing private homes
and estates.
Since 1974, Brion Jeannette and his
staff of architectural specialists and designers have undertaken
only the most select projects – with focus on one-of-a-kind
new custom homes, large estates, and family compounds; as well as
significant rejuvenations. Again, uniquely, Brion eschews computer
design and architectural programs, preferring to hand draw his creative
designs, each project being as purposely varied as his clients’
tastes and desires – from innovative contemporary
expressions to American traditional and classic Old World architecture.
Under his guidance, Brion’s talented architectural staff uses
state-of-the-art computer technology to convert Brion’s design
sketches into highly technical presentations and construction documents. |

Concern for the environment is as fundamental
to every one of the firm’s projects as a strong and reliable foundation.
Brion insists that “Conserving our natural resources should be a
by-product of architectural design.” To that end, all projects employ
energy-efficient design technology and green
strategies. Designs maximize the use of natural light, ventilation
and landscape to reduce energy consumption and enhance personal comfort.
Depending on budget considerations, the home environment will be designed
to incorporate moderate, but proven conservation techniques, or one that
is computer managed or designed to be as independent of public utilities
as the client desires. Integrating nature’s abundant gifts, such
as sun and wind, is uniquely a Brion Jeannette Architecture trademark
for comfortable, smart living.
Clients and other design professionals with
challenging site constraints, coastal bluff issues
and tight government controls seek the firm’s expertise.
The firm is widely celebrated and applauded for their ability to secure
approvals to sustain property rights where others have failed. Many of
their projects have been precedence setting, requiring strategic planning
and cautious negotiation to open the doors for project approvals with;
homeowner associations, cities and the California Coastal Commission.
Brion Jeannette Architecture enjoys three
decades of architectural success. While the firm is proud of their many
awards, their greatest professional accomplishments are
repeat clients, referrals and the pride the community takes in their work.
The firm’s work is frequently published and their projects regularly
sought for public tour. Orange County is their primary venue; however,
they enjoy a variety of National and International commissions.
“Our goal is to design unique and
exciting projects that meet our clients’ needs and desires…Throughout
the design and building process, we respect the environment, and in doing
so bring pride to our clients and to our firm…We seek to create
architectural environments that beckon people to linger; and return…We
strive to achieve designs that are intriguing, and that maximize the potential
of each site…Those goals allow our firm to be as selective about
the projects we take, as the clients who select us.”
Brion Jeannette Architecture consistently
presents unique designs intertwined with environmental considerations.
Like the sun or a calming sea breeze – always refreshing concepts
in architecture.
